KENNETH SCOTT WATSON age 72, of 262 Pine Run Road, Orlando, WV died Monday morning, September 30, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV.
Mr. Watson was born May 23, 1947 in Person County, NC, son of the late Luther Garland Watson, Jr. & Frances Foushee Watson. He was a retired prison guard and a veteran of the US Navy.
Surviving are two sons, Scott Garland Watson & wife, Patricia of Burlington, NC, Robbie Kenneth Watson & wife, Patti of Trent Woods, NC, three grandchildren, Christian Watson, Caleb Watson, Sandy Marie Watson, brother, Reggie Watson & wife, Jeanette of Yanceyville, NC, two sisters, Dolores W. Riley of Roxboro, NC, and Juanita W. Alderman & husband, Fred of Cedar Grove, NC. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
A graveside celebration of life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019 in the Cooper Cemetery, Cooper Cemetery Road, Prospect Hill, NC with the Rev. Bobby Tate officiating.
