Rose Marie (Tuck) Tyson

ROSE MARIE TUCK TYSON, age 69, of 244 Semora Road, Roxboro, NC died Tuesday morning, April 5,2022 at Person Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Tyson was born August 15, 1952 in Person County, NC, daughter of the late Edward Walam & Henrietta Daisy Bowes Tuck and was wife of the late Jerry Thomas Tyson. She was a seamstress employed with North American Aerodynamics.

Rose enjoyed vegetable gardening, traveling, her cats, and collecting clowns. 

Surviving are two daughters, Tammy P. Farmer & husband, Mitchell of Danville, VA, Buffy Paradis of Roxboro, NC, four grandchildren, Dustin Lee Allen, Corena Billings King, Miranda Leigh Farmer, Katelynn Carver, two great grandchildren, Jayden Christopher Regan, D.J. Clayton, three sisters, Mary Holbrook, Linda Talley, and Virginia Wedon all of Roxboro, NC.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Tyson is preceded in death by four brothers, Buck Tuck, Roy Tuck, Ernest Tuck, and Carlton Tuck. 

The family will receive friends and guests from 12:00 till 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Strickland and Jones Funeral Services.
